Anna Zabrotskaya

Anna is the founder and head of the Fashion Law Russia project and one of the first lawyers in Russia to seriously address the legal regulation of the fashion industry as a distinct field of legal practice. Anna specializes in advising premium and luxury brands, protecting intellectual property and resolving cross-border disputes. A graduate of St. Petersburg State University, she holds an eMBA in luxury business (SDA Bocconi, Milan; ESSEC, Paris). She lectures at the Law Faculty of St. Petersburg State University and the French fashion institute Mod'Art.
Anastasia Dorofeeva

Anastasia is co-head of the FLR project, an expert in intellectual property, a PhD in Law and the first lawyer in Russia to defend a doctoral dissertation on Fashion Law. A graduate of Moscow State University, with an LL.M. (NYU) and an MBA (Mod'Art International, Paris). Author of training courses and textbooks, she taught law for designers at the British Higher School of Design for over five years. Before joining Nordic Star, she ran the "A.D. Fashion Law" firm, advising representatives of the fashion and creative industries.
