Anna Zabrotskaya

Anna is the founder and head of the Fashion Law Russia project and one of the first lawyers in Russia to seriously talk about the legal regulation of the fashion industry as an independent branch of legal practice. Anna specializes in supporting premium and luxury brands, protecting intellectual property and resolving cross-border disputes. Graduated from St. Petersburg State University, holder of an eMBA in luxury business (SDA Bocconi, Milan; ESSEC, Paris). Lecturer at the Law Faculty of St. Petersburg State University and the French Institute of Fashion Mod'Art.
Anastasia Dorofeeva
Counsel at Nordic Star Law Offices in Russia, PhD in Law
Anastasia is the co-head of the FLR project, an expert in intellectual property, a Candidate of Legal Sciences, and the first lawyer in Russia to defend her PhD thesis in Fashion Law. She graduated from Moscow State University, has an LL.M. (NYU), and an MBA (Mod'Art International, Paris). She is the author of educational courses and manuals, and has been teaching law to designers at the British Higher School of Design for over five years. Prior to joining Nordic Star, she was the head of the A.D. Fashion Law bureau, advising the fashion and creative industries.
