Please read the following User Agreement (the «Agreement») carefully before using the Website. This Agreement sets out the procedure and terms governing the use of https://fashion-law.ru/, as well as the rights and obligations of Website users arising from such use.
This Agreement constitutes a public offer made by Nordic Star Law Offices to an indefinite number of persons within the meaning of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. By accessing or using the Website, including by browsing the Website or reviewing the materials published on it, the User accepts this offer in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 434 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and thereby accedes to the Agreement, confirming the User’s full and unconditional acceptance of its terms.
1.1. The subject of this Agreement is to provide the User with access to the Website, Protected Content, as well as other information and materials posted on the Website, and to grant the User a limited right to use them under the terms of this Agreement.
1.2. Within the scope of this Agreement, Protected Content refer to works of authorship and distinctive signs posted on the Website that are subject to legal protection under the legislation of the Russian Federation. Such materials include, among other things, author texts, reviews and analytical articles, visual content (including images, illustrations and photographs), audio and video recordings, structured data sets (databases), software components, as well as other informational materials published on the Website.
1.3. The composition, structure, and content of the Website, as well as the list and volume of available Protected content and other informational materials, are determined by the Offices at its sole discretion, taking into account the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. The Offices has the right to change the design of the Website, its structure, the composition of the posted materials, as well as to terminate or restrict access to certain materials at any time without prior notice to the User.
1.4. Access to the Website is provided to the User free of charge, unless otherwise expressly stated for specific materials or services of the Website.
1.5. Information posted on the Website, including the Protected Content, is protected by Nordic Star Law Offices in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on information and intellectual property.
1.6. Access to and use of the Website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement without any reservations.
1.7. The use of the Website is governed by this Agreement and is mandatory for the User. If the User does not agree with its terms, the User is obliged to stop using the Website.
1.8. The services mentioned or described on the Website are provided by Nordic Star Law Offices under separate contracts and agreements and are not services provided electronically directly via the Website. The provision of information about services on the Website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a public offer, unless explicitly stated in relation to a specific service. The Website does not contain the technical capability to enter into contracts or submit requests for services online; to enter into contracts and order services, the User must contact Nordic Star Law Offices using the contacts provided on the Website.
2.1. The User may use the information and materials posted on the Website to the extent and on the terms provided for by this Agreement and the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation. The use of Website materials is permitted solely for the User’s personal informational and research purposes, unless otherwise expressly agreed with Nordic Star Law Offices.
2.2. When using the Website, the User undertakes to:

Under this Agreement, the User is granted a simple (non-exclusive), royalty-free, and revocable right to use the Website and the materials posted thereon throughout the world solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that the User complies with the requirements of this Agreement and the legislation of the Russian Federation. Such use includes the reproduction of the Website materials on the User's technical devices for the purpose of accessing the Website and personally familiarizing oneself with its contents. Any use of the Website materials beyond personal familiarization (including their reproduction, distribution, publication, modification, inclusion in databases, or other use) is permitted only upon the prior written consent of the rights holder.
3.2. The Website, including the computer program, design elements, page structure, text materials, graphics, photographs, illustrations, scripts, and other Protected Content, is a collective work, the exclusive rights to which belong to Nordic Star Law Offices, unless otherwise expressly stated. For individual materials for which other copyright holders are indicated on the Website, Nordic Star Law Offices uses such materials with the permission of such copyright holder.
3.3. Any use of the Website and the Protected Content beyond the scope of use described in clause 3.1. of this Agreement is permitted only upon prior written consent of Nordic Star Law Offices or the respective rights holder. In particular, the User undertakes not to perform the following actions:

When quoting any information posted on the Website, the User shall provide a link to the Website identifying the source, indicate the name of the specific author, where such author is identified, and comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation governing the protection of copyright and rights in works of authorship.
3.5. Nordic Star Law Offices, as the rights holder, determines at its sole discretion the terms of use of intellectual property and has the right to authorize or prohibit their use by third parties. The absence of an express prohibition may not be construed as consent or permission to use the relevant objects.
3.6. Nordic Star Law Offices does not grant the User any express or implied rights to use the materials posted on the Website.
3.7. Nothing in this Agreement may or shall be construed as the assignment of exclusive rights to the Website or individual Protected Content to the User, nor as the grant to the User of any other license other than that expressly set forth in clause 3.1. of this Agreement.
4.1. The procedure and terms for processing Users' personal data are determined by the Personal Data Processing Policy of Nordic Star Law Offices, posted on the Website and available for review. By using the Website and sending inquiries to the contact email address specified on the Website, the User confirms that they have reviewed the said Policy and agree to the terms of processing their personal data.
5.1. This Agreement is drawn up and governed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.2. The Parties shall endeavor to resolve all disputes, disagreements, or claims arising in connection with the use of the Website through negotiations in the form of an exchange of written claims. The User shall send a claim to the contact email address specified on the Website, indicating the essence of the claim and the justification. Nordic Star Law Offices shall review the claim within 30 calendar days and send a response to the email address specified by the User.
5.3. If the Parties fail to settle a dispute through the pre-trial claims procedure, such dispute shall be submitted to a court of general jurisdiction at the place of state registration of Nordic Star Law Offices, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.4. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
6.1. All materials posted on the Website (including analytical articles, reviews, commentaries, and other information) are for informational and research purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, consulting or other professional advice and must not be construed as personalised recommendations for decision-making. The User shall independently assess the content of the Website Materials and make any decisions at their own risk.
6.2. The operation of the Website depends on technical and organizational factors, including the functioning of network infrastructure and third-party equipment. In this regard, Nordic Star Law Offices does not guarantee the permanent, continuous, and round-the-clock availability of the Website. Any technical failures, interruptions in access, as well as any consequences thereof for the devices or software of the User or third parties, shall not constitute grounds for any claims against Nordic Star Law Offices, including claims for damages.
6.3. The communication services, software and equipment through which the User accesses the Website are selected and used by the User independently. Nordic Star Law Offices does not control such means and, accordingly, shall not be liable for their security, operational reliability, possible errors, failures or limitations affecting access to the Website.
6.4. Nordic Star Law Offices shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the use of information posted on the Website by Users or third parties, or communicated by them through the Website interface or the contact email address, where such information proves to be inaccurate, incomplete or no longer up to date.
6.5. Nordic Star Law Offices shall not be liable to the User for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any loss of data, loss of profits, or harm to the User’s honour, dignity or business reputation, where such losses or harm arise out of or in connection with the use of the Website, its Materials, or information obtained by the User from reviewing analytical materials addressing legal issues in the fashion industry. Any decisions made by the User on the basis of Materials posted on the Website are made independently and at the User’s own risk and shall not give rise to any obligation on the part of Nordic Star Law Offices to compensate for any adverse consequences.
6.6. In the event of a breach of this Agreement, the User shall be liable in accordance with, and to the extent provided by, the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.7. The failure of Nordic Star Law Offices to take immediate action in the event of a breach of this Agreement by any User shall not constitute a waiver of its right to take such action at a later date as may be necessary to protect its legitimate interests and exclusive rights in the Website Materials protected under the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.1. If you require assistance, clarification regarding the materials posted on the Website, or wish to report a possible error, you may contact Nordic Star Law Offices at the contact email address specified on the Website - flr@nordicstar.law.
7.2. A User who believes that any informational materials posted on the Website infringe their rights and legitimate interests shall send a corresponding complaint to the email address flr@nordicstar.law.
7.3. The complaint shall contain the following information: the applicant's last name, first name, and patronymic (if any), a detailed description of the alleged infringement of their rights, and a contact phone number for feedback. Complaints that do not meet the specified requirements shall not be reviewed by Nordic Star Law Offices.
7.4. Nordic Star Law Offices shall review the complaint and send a response to the User's email address within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the relevant complaint by Nordic Star Law Offices Law Offices.
8.1. This Agreement enters into force for the User from the moment of their accession to the Agreement and remains in effect for the duration of the User's use of the Website, as well as for 5 (five) years after the termination of use of the Website.
8.2. Nordic Star Law Offices has the right to periodically amend and supplement this Agreement. Such amendments may be made, in particular, in the following cases:
8.3. The updated version of the Agreement shall enter into force from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless expressly stated otherwise.
8.4. The User shall independently and periodically review the current version of the Agreement to take into account any amendments made. By continuing to use the Website after the relevant amendments enter into force, the User expresses their consent to the terms of the Agreement in the new version.
8.5. Nordic Star Law Offices shall not be obliged to consider or accept any proposals made by the User to amend this Agreement.
